Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, copying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Assist visitors by answering questions regarding agency services and directing them to the correct resources.
- Enter and update data into computer databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail to various departments within the office.
- Assist senior staff with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (US Citizen or Permanent Resident).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer proficiency is preferred; training will be provided.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Must possess a valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
