Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension administration or government finance experience
- Advanced knowledge of ERISA and Kansas pension regulations
- Proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., Oracle, ADP)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
