Responsibilities
- Manage, organize, and archive confidential state documents and records with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on 100% accuracy and speed.
- Assist the weekday administrative team by managing overflow projects and system backups.
- Ensure strict compliance with state privacy laws, HIPAA, and regulatory standards.
- Operate and maintain scanning equipment and office automation tools.
- Conduct regular quality assurance audits on processed records to ensure completeness.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal staff regarding record retrieval requests.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in office administration, records management, or data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management software.
- Ability to work rotating weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays, as scheduled.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
