Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
