Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and communicate a long-term technology roadmap that aligns with business objectives and emerging global trends.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, edge computing, quantum readiness) and determine their application within the organization.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to drive the execution of innovation initiatives.
- Roadmap Execution: Manage the prioritization and delivery of high-impact technical projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Partnership Building: Establish partnerships with key tech vendors, academic institutions, and industry think tanks to stay ahead of the curve.
- Risk Management: Assess the ethical and security implications of new technologies and implement robust governance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI development, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of current AI capabilities, machine learning lifecycles, and future tech trends relevant to 2026.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into clear business strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
