Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify macro-trends and emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum, Bio-digital convergence).
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 5-year strategic roadmap specifically tailored for the 2026 timeframe.
- Lead scenario planning workshops to stress-test business continuity strategies.
- Translate complex foresight data into clear, actionable insights for the C-Suite and Board.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate strategic foresight into the R&D pipeline.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Consulting, or Futurism.
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging market opportunities.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into strategic narratives.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills for executive-level briefings.
