Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scans' identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Author annual 'Future State' whitepapers read by Fortune 500 CEOs
- Design innovation roadmaps for 15+ industry verticals including climate tech and neuro-interfaces
- Curate exclusive FutureSummit events with thought leaders from MIT, SingularityU, and WHO
- Mentain 'Innovation Radar' dashboard tracking 500+ emerging startups
- Advise board on existential risks and opportunities for 2026+ market positioning
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or Big Tech innovation labs
- Published thought leadership in Nature Futures or Harvard Business Review
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, System Dynamics)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic implementations
- Global network including futurists, VCs, and policy influencers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from APF or equivalent
