- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks targeting 2026 market trends and disruptions
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across global operations
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Design human-centered innovation pipelines addressing future workforce and societal needs
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused products and services
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven storytelling
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact and adaptability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in predictive analytics and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends and their societal implications
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications preferred
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Planning (e.g., CFM) required
