Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Biotech) to forecast their impact on the market by 2026.
- Develop and present high-level strategic roadmaps to the executive board, translating complex tech trends into actionable business insights.
- Identify potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing) to prototype and validate future concepts.
- Monitor global tech ecosystems to mitigate risks and identify competitive advantages.
- Lead internal workshops and "future-sprints" to foster a culture of innovation across the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Consulting, or R&D Leadership.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI, Blockchain, and Spatial Computing.
- Experience creating long-term strategic roadmaps (5+ year horizon) with measurable milestones.
- Proven track record of influencing senior leadership and driving cross-departmental alignment.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MSc in Technology/Engineering) preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
