Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive strategic vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment across all cross-functional teams.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth in the predictive tech sector.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations with key stakeholders, investors, and partners regarding long-term resource allocation and funding.
- Develop and oversee the annual budget and financial projections required to achieve the 2026 milestones and deliverables.
- Drive innovation initiatives by fostering a culture of creativity, agility, and forward-thinking problem-solving.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies in real-time to mitigate risks and capitalize on market shifts.
- Collaborate directly with the C-Suite to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or operations within the technology or high-growth sector.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects from conception to execution, with a specific focus on long-term forecasting and vision setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment or a strategic role within a Fortune 500 company is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex strategies to C-suite executives and board members.
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is strongly desired.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on future business models.
