Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability roadmaps aligned with 2026 environmental targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing circular economy models for product lifecycle management

- Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to track sustainability performance and ROI

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in corporate sustainability with proven track record in innovation
- Expertise in circular economy principles, carbon accounting, and ESG reporting frameworks
- Strong background in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
- Proficiency in sustainability analytics tools (e.g., SAP Sustainability Cloud, Persefoni)
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sustainability initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in LEED, GRI, or similar sustainability standards preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex sustainability concepts
