Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-aligned decarbonization roadmaps targeting 40% reduction in Scope 1-3 emissions
- Lead ESG reporting initiatives ensuring GRI and SASB compliance for public disclosures
- Oversee lifecycle assessments for new product lines to enhance circular design principles
- Manage carbon credit portfolio and develop innovative offset projects with verified impact
- Drive employee engagement through sustainability training and green team leadership
- Partner with procurement to establish sustainable supplier scoring systems
- Track KPIs using AI-powered sustainability dashboards and report progress to C-suite
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 5+ years in corporate sustainability with measurable carbon reduction experience
- Professional certification in GHG Protocol or LEED AP required
- Expertise in ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Advanced data literacy with proficiency in sustainability software (SAP, IBM Envizi)
- Proven experience managing cross-functional sustainability initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex environmental data into strategy
