Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- System Design: Design, develop, and implement software solutions and database systems that meet organizational needs.
- Testing & QA: Conduct rigorous system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality performance.
- Documentation: Maintain and update technical documentation, user manuals, and system architecture diagrams.
- Support: Provide technical support, training, and guidance to end-users and IT staff.
- Project Management: Assist in project planning and execution within the Agile or Waterfall framework.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in systems analysis or software development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, or C#) and SQL database management.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse audiences.
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (if applicable).
