Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of enterprise IT systems across state agencies.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal and state cybersecurity regulations, including FedRAMP policies.
- Lead technical troubleshooting efforts for complex network and hardware issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure data privacy.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure or government systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of FedRAMP compliance and security protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or PMP are highly preferred.
