Responsibilities
- Analyze transportation data to develop infrastructure improvement plans
- Coordinate with local government agencies on transportation projects
- Prepare environmental impact assessments and compliance reports
- Manage project budgets and timelines using state-approved methodologies
- Present findings to stakeholders and community groups
- Stay current with federal and state transportation regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of transportation planning experience
- Proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS) and transportation modeling tools
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with NEPA and TxDOT project delivery processes
