Responsibilities
- Screen passengers and carry-on bags using X-ray machines and metal detectors
- Conduct physical pat-downs and baggage inspections as required
- Operate and maintain security screening equipment
- Monitor security checkpoints and respond to alarms
- Document security incidents and suspicious activities
- Collaborate with law enforcement and airport personnel
- Perform remote administrative tasks including scheduling and reporting
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to obtain TSA security clearance
- Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy for remote tasks
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
