Responsibilities
- Screen passengers, baggage, and cargo using advanced X-ray machines and walk-through metal detectors

- Operate TSA-compliant explosive detection systems and trace detection equipment
- Enforce security protocols and maintain order in screening checkpoints
- Document security incidents and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with law enforcement and airport personnel during emergency situations

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background investigation and drug screening
- Ability to stand for extended periods (6-8 hours)
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn security software
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
