Responsibilities
- Operate X-ray machines, CT scanners, and explosive detection systems to screen carry-on and checked baggage

- Verify travel documents and ensure compliance with TSA security regulations
- Identify and report suspicious items or behavior according to established protocols
- Maintain accurate screening logs and incident reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement and airport personnel during security incidents

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Pass background investigation and drug screening
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid U.S. driver's license or state-issued ID
- Successfully complete TSA's mandatory training program
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- No felony convictions or pending charges
