Responsibilities
- Screen passengers and baggage using X-ray machines, metal detectors, and manual search techniques
- Identify and resolve security threats per TSA protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during screening interactions
- Operate advanced security technology and maintain equipment
- Document security incidents and report suspicious activities
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergencies
- Enforce TSA regulations with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear communication skills in English
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency
