Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough security screening of passengers, carry-on baggage, and cargo using X-ray machines and manual inspection techniques
- Monitor security checkpoints to detect potential threats and prohibited items
- Interact professionally with travelers to ensure compliance with security procedures
- Operate advanced screening technologies including CT scanners and trace detection equipment
- Document security incidents and maintain accurate screening logs

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening
- Must be willing to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn security technologies
