Responsibilities
- Screen passengers, carry-on baggage, and cargo using advanced imaging technology and X-ray equipment.
- Conduct thorough searches to detect prohibited items and potential security threats.
- Assist travelers by answering questions and providing courteous, efficient service in high-volume environments.
- Adhere to strict security protocols and operational procedures at all times.
- Report any security incidents or irregularities to the proper authorities immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and orderly screening environment.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National, Lawful Permanent Resident, or eligible for Deferred Action.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening.
- Pass a medical examination and physical fitness test.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
