- Respond to security incidents and suspicious items
- Maintain detailed screening logs and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service to travelers
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (required)
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours)
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in high-stress environments
- Basic computer proficiency
