Responsibilities
- Screen passengers and carry-on luggage for prohibited items using advanced X-ray technology and manual inspection techniques
- Conduct thorough pat-down searches and baggage inspections following TSA protocols
- Monitor security checkpoints and respond to potential threats with professionalism and calm
- Operate complex screening equipment and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide excellent customer service to diverse travelers while enforcing security regulations

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to pass extensive background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must complete TSA training academy within 6 months of hire
- No felony convictions or outstanding warrants
