Responsibilities
- Operate X-ray machines and metal detectors to screen passengers and baggage for prohibited items
- Conduct thorough physical pat-down searches when necessary following TSA protocols
- Monitor security checkpoints and respond to suspicious activity with appropriate escalation
- Communicate effectively with passengers regarding security procedures and requirements
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with law enforcement and airport personnel during emergency situations

Qualifications
- US citizenship or legal resident status with required immigration documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass TSA background investigation and security clearance
