Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough security screenings of passengers, carry-on baggage, and cargo.
- Operate X-ray screening equipment and advanced detection systems.
- Identify prohibited items and enforce TSA security directives.
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness in dynamic environments.
- Assist passengers with disabilities and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and federal partners when necessary.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident status.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and medical examination.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent vision and attention to detail.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
