Responsibilities
- Develop and implement county-wide public health education programs
- Coordinate emergency response initiatives for health crises
- Analyze community health data to identify emerging trends
- Collaborate with state and federal health agencies
- Manage grant-funded health improvement projects

- Prepare public health reports for county commissioners

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field
- 3+ years experience in government/public health sector
- Texas Public Health Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS)
- Experience managing grant-funded projects
- Strong crisis communication skills
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
