Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations (FISMA, NIST, HIPAA) across agency systems
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for sensitive data
- Coordinate with state/local authorities on joint security initiatives
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation and audit trails
- Train personnel on security protocols and best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field

- Certification in CISSP, CISA, or similar security credential
- Strong knowledge of Ohio state/federal jurisdictional requirements
