- Process driver's license, vehicle registration, and ID card applications efficiently
- Provide accurate information regarding DMV regulations and procedures
- Assist customers with digital kiosk transactions and online services
- Resolve inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintain detailed transaction records in our secure database
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on policy changes
Qualifications
