Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years experience in disaster response or emergency planning
- FEMA Professional Development Series (PDS) certification
- Secret security clearance (ability to obtain Top Secret preferred)
- Expertise in GIS mapping and risk analysis software
- Knowledge of federal grant management (CFDA, FEMA programs)
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for interagency coordination
- Ability to work 24/7 during emergencies with flexible scheduling
