Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to security alerts and surveillance systems during overnight shifts
- Conduct routine inspections of federal facilities to ensure compliance with security protocols
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for incidents occurring during off-hours
- Maintain detailed incident logs and security reports using federal IT systems
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during cross-jurisdictional investigations
- Train on and operate specialized security equipment (CCTV, access control systems)
- Participate in rotating shift schedules and weekend coverage as required
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret security clearance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or federal operations
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and security management software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
