Responsibilities
- Oversee federal grant programs and ensure compliance with OMB and GSA regulations
- Coordinate with state/local agencies to implement federal initiatives across North Carolina
- Develop and manage program budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for federal projects
- Prepare detailed reports for congressional stakeholders and agency leadership

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of federal program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., GSA Advantage, FPDS)
- Demonstrated success with intergovernmental collaboration projects
