Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments of federal facilities in Dallas metropolitan area
- Implement and monitor advanced surveillance systems and access control protocols
- Coordinate emergency response protocols with local law enforcement and FEMA
- Develop threat mitigation strategies for critical infrastructure protection
- Maintain strict compliance with federal security regulations (FISMA, NISPOM)
- Train personnel on security procedures and emergency preparedness
- Prepare detailed security incident reports and brief senior officials
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in federal law enforcement or security operations
- Expertise in risk assessment and threat analysis methodologies
- Proficiency with security technologies (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection)
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or equivalent designation
- Ability to work rotating shifts and respond to emergencies 24/7
