- Administer federal pension plans for 5,000+ veterans across Georgia
- Ensure compliance with OPM and ERISA regulations
- Process retirement claims with 99.8% accuracy rate
- Conduct benefit workshops for federal employees
- Collaborate with OPM on policy implementation
- Manage pension fund investments exceeding $50M
- Develop annual pension reports for congressional review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension or benefits administration experience
- Federal HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in federal systems (e.g., NFC, OPM)
