Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce compliance with municipal, state, and federal regulations
- Conduct audits and risk assessments for government programs
- Develop compliance training materials and conduct staff workshops
- Prepare detailed regulatory reports for city council and state agencies
- Collaborate with legal department on policy implementation
- Manage vendor compliance contracts and procurement processes
- Respond to public records requests and FOIA inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- 3+ years of government compliance or public sector experience
- Active Georgia government security clearance or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with compliance software (e.g., Diligent, LogicGate)
- Strong knowledge of Georgia Sunshine Laws and federal regulations
- Exceptional written communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment
