Responsibilities
- Manage public service programs and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Develop and implement community outreach initiatives
- Analyze policy impacts and prepare detailed reports for city council
- Coordinate interdepartmental projects and stakeholder communications
- Oversee budget allocation and fiscal accountability for assigned programs
- Respond to constituent inquiries and resolve public concerns
- Conduct research to improve service delivery efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of government/public sector experience
- Texas driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain security clearance (if required for role)
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status
- Experience with municipal budget processes preferred
