Responsibilities
- Manage and execute public service programs ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Analyze community needs and develop data-driven policy recommendations for urban development initiatives
- Coordinate interdepartmental projects to enhance service delivery efficiency and citizen satisfaction
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for county commissioners and stakeholder meetings
- Oversee budget allocation and resource management for assigned program areas
- Implement public outreach strategies to increase community participation in government initiatives
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in government operations or public sector management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Valid Florida driver's license and ability to travel across county locations
- Strong knowledge of Florida Sunshine Law and public procurement regulations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish)
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass Tier 3 background clearance
