Responsibilities
- Analyze legislative proposals and regulatory impacts for state programs
- Develop comprehensive policy briefs and implementation roadmaps
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on public health initiatives
- Conduct quantitative data analysis using government reporting tools
- Present findings to legislative committees and community stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal/state regulatory frameworks
- Manage confidential records with strict security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years government or public sector experience
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong understanding of Wisconsin legislative processes
- Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) preferred
- Excellent written communication skills for policy documentation
