Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-agency program implementation with federal/state/local stakeholders
- Analyze policy impacts and recommend evidence-based solutions
- Manage $2M+ budgets with strict compliance protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams through complex regulatory landscapes
- Prepare executive reports for county board presentations
- Develop strategic partnerships with OMB, GAO, and CA state agencies
- Conduct performance audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Public Administration/Government (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years federal/state/local government program experience
- Active CA Public Administrator certification
- Expertise in federal grants management (CFDA compliance)
- Advanced knowledge of CA Sunshine Act and Brown Act
- Top-secret security clearance or ability to obtain
- Proficient in GovPilot and SAP Public Sector modules
