Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive case reviews and analyses to ensure compliance with federal regulations and agency policies.
- Manage complex administrative tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal audits and external stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and agency personnel via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Assist in the implementation of new federal systems and software platforms.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive federal data and personnel records.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen to apply for most Federal positions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Administration, Business, or Social Sciences) or equivalent work experience.
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a suitable background investigation (Secret clearance preferred).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse populations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and federal case management software.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in administrative support or project coordination.
