Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain federal IT systems and communication channels during night operations.
- Handle high-volume inquiries and service requests from federal stakeholders with high accuracy.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal security protocols and compliance regulations.
- Perform night-time data entry, record keeping, and reporting tasks.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless continuity of operations.
- Respond to emergency alerts and system anomalies within SLA guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, secure, and professional work environment during all shifts.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required for all federal roles.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Must successfully pass a federal background investigation and security clearance check.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (35+ WPM).
