- Conduct Comprehensive Research: Analyze complex data and government regulations to provide actionable insights for policy development.

- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to federal laws, agency directives, and internal governance standards.
- Facilitate Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and government agencies to streamline operational processes.
- Manage Project Deliverables: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables within strict government constraints.
- Support Security Protocols: Maintain strict compliance with security clearance requirements and agency information handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in government contracting, policy analysis, or a related federal sector role.
- Security Clearance: Current Secret or Top Secret clearance (or ability to obtain) is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and government case management software.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to troubleshoot issues under tight deadlines.
