Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of VA programs and policies to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and recommendations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance with federal regulations, internal policies, and agency guidelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and project plans.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses and track program metrics to measure success.
- Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure alignment on program goals.
- Assist in the development and execution of training materials for staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in program analysis, policy evaluation, or federal project management.
- Strong understanding of federal government operations and acquisition regulations (e.g., FAR) is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
