Responsibilities
- Program Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of federal projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure strict adherence to federal laws, executive orders, and agency-specific policies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, preparing detailed reports and briefings.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to inform strategic decision-making and improve program efficiency.

Qualifications
- Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Secret security clearance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Political Science, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in program analysis, federal contracting, or administrative support roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with federal grant management systems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior leadership.
