Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee complex federal contract deliverables from initiation to closure.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, compliance standards, and agency guidelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to drive project success.
- Prepare detailed reports, budgets, and status updates for senior leadership.
- Mentor junior staff members and foster a culture of excellence within the Phoenix office.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal project management or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related discipline.
- Ability to obtain or maintain a government security clearance (if applicable).
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $500k.
