Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain local and wide-area network infrastructure for federal clients.
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect federal data and systems.
- Perform system troubleshooting, patch management, and hardware upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with NIST, FISMA, and agency-specific security policies.
- Document system configurations and generate performance reports.
- Provide technical support and training to federal staff members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret security clearance is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux administration.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL service management and cybersecurity best practices.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications (e.g., Security+ or CISSP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
