Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming government documents and correspondence with strict attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases for local government records and citizen inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and presentations for department heads.
- Enforce compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and policies.
- Communicate effectively with the public, vendors, and other government agencies to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s in Public Administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a government or administrative role is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
