Responsibilities
- Analyze complex municipal data to support strategic planning and budget allocation decisions.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local government regulations and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
- Prepare high-level reports, briefings, and presentations for City Council members and executive leadership.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify operational inefficiencies.
- Manage public records requests and maintain transparency in government functions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and community stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a government, public sector, or highly regulated industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis software (Tableau/SQL preferred).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Oklahoma driver’s license and reliable transportation.
