Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows 10/11) and office productivity suites.
- Manage and maintain the IT asset inventory and hardware lifecycle.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Document technical procedures and maintain detailed incident reports.
- Conduct user training sessions on new software and security protocols.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex technical issues and procure necessary equipment.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and Windows Server environments.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) is highly desired.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be eligible for state government background checks and security clearances.
