Responsibilities
- Manage and process sensitive government data with the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors via secure communication channels during evening hours.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local government regulations and protocols.
- Perform routine data entry, record maintenance, and document verification tasks.
- Maintain a dedicated home office environment to ensure productivity and focus during night shifts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in government, public administration, or customer service is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong typing speed and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
