Responsibilities
- Develop and execute state-funded community programs aligned with Texas' strategic priorities
- Analyze policy impacts and prepare comprehensive reports for legislative review
- Coordinate inter-agency initiatives to optimize resource allocation
- Conduct public outreach and stakeholder engagement across Dallas metropolitan area
- Monitor program compliance with federal/state regulations and reporting requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
- Present program outcomes to executive leadership and legislative bodies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in government program management or public sector
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau)
- Deep understanding of Texas state government procedures and regulations
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Texas driver's license and ability to travel statewide
- U.S. citizenship required for government clearance
